Customer Care Specialist

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
  • Required language(s): English - must be proficient in the English language
  • Customer oriented and patient as job requires dealing with customer complaints, fast learner and self motivated
  • Willing to work overtime and work in customer sites if needed including during emergency situations
  • Flexible and can easily adjust to the changing needs of team. Being a good team player
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply is a must. Those already working will not be enterntained
  • No graveyard shifts as we are not a call center

Internship for Sales And Marketing Students

Job Requirements:

  • Good IT Background
  • With or without experience
  • Good in written and oral Communication
  • Proficient in Basic Computer operations ( internet, troubleshooting, windows)
  • Customer Oriented, self driven

Job Descriptions:

  • Help the senior Business Development Team in basic telemarketing
  • Maintenance of prospect and customer database
  • Preparation of  marketing materials/brochures to be given to prospects & customers.
  • Responsible for faxing, mailing, or  e-mailing marketing materials/announcements to clients/prospects.
