- Required language(s): English - must be proficient in the English language
- Customer oriented and patient as job requires dealing with customer complaints, fast learner and self motivated
- Willing to work overtime and work in customer sites if needed including during emergency situations
- Flexible and can easily adjust to the changing needs of team. Being a good team player
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply is a must. Those already working will not be enterntained
- No graveyard shifts as we are not a call center
